The farm-house la Selva, a long-standing property of Carità Morelli family from Amelia,
is located within the boundaries of a large sylvancultural area. |
The house, measuring around 160 mq, furnished with old family pieces,
consist in a large kitchen/hall, a living room,
3 large bedrooms a 2 bathrooms. The remaining part of the building is rented to a family from Rome who, although not living there all the time, take great care of the premises. |
The place would be suitable for people appreciating, in addition to panoramic views,
the possibility of long walks in the surrounding wild woods and steep fields. Furthermore, from there it is possible to reach, in few minutes drive, the hilly villages of Tuscolano, Frattuccia and Collicello, or better known tourist resorts such as Todi, Orvieto and Spoleto. |
